Mir never put on any muscle in the second brock fight. when i talked to him he said his strategy was to be lean and faster than brock. but when it went to the ground there was nothing mir could do because of the size of brock. He also told us that in mir vs. Lesnar 3 that he and mark dellegrotte are going to train with closed doors for about a year until frank is the same size muscle wise and lesnar.
Frank Mir has only been doing professional strength conditioning since august give or take 6 months if he continues non stop for at least another 6 months we will see a noticeable difference.

Mir never put on any muscle in the second brock fight. when i talked to him he said his strategy was to be lean and faster than brock. but when it went to the ground there was nothing mir could do because of the size of brock. He also told us that in mir vs. Lesnar 3 that he and mark dellegrotte are going to train with closed doors for about a year until frank is the same size muscle wise and lesnar.

Frank Mir has only been doing professional strength conditioning since august give or take 6 months if he continues non stop for at least another 6 months we will see a noticeable difference.

You sir, make sense. I agree, I just think he realized he needs to train for better all round athleticism. Like speed, power etc. Wrestling attributes I guess you could say. MMA is a transition sport. Mir may be a Bjj wiz, but at the end of the day, how is that fight getting to the ground? Athleticism and wrestling.
