after coming on AE i see that the timeline works a lot differrent that the one in vegas . in vegas we just have to put the things in the timeline in the right order and it plays ... though in AE it is different .. i dont know how i make some text come after the other text .. and everything .. i mean the basics of AE

i am not even acquaint abt them .. pls Help :)

Select a layer and choose Layer > 3D Layer from the Menu...

right click at the item of your composition example the text u inserted right click it then select 3dlayers. do this not only in the text but the all items you drag at your composition

Making a keyframe is simply clicking on the time next to any effect, if you want to have an other keyframe simply click on the layer panel click on like a star between to arrows that will allow you to make other keyframe but don't click the time it will switch of the effect

how do I go from one bit of text on one side to another bit of text on the other. when I keyframe it and bring it over with the camera tool to the next text the other camera movements go with it.
