I think gran turismo is loosing what it takes to make a great game. of course the graphics are great but where is the fun? you used to be able to tune cars with actual parts and put rims on and stuff. Now its just you move a meter to tune it. i just wish the makers of gran tursimo hear me out. oh yea also there is only like 60 cars where gran tusmo 4 had 3 times more cars. i still like gran turismo 3 the best even though the graphics now are bad compared to this game. Then go for a drive in your car! go ahead and race in the streets / circuits, not a cheap option since the damages that happen damages your bank account too, & that's as REAL as you can get. The whole point of GT5 is to have fun with realistic physics. Take the game GRID for example, nice realism in terms of damages, graphics, but with ARCADE like physics!! and that sucks!

Yeah i agree. When i was buying the game i did not look at the back of the box and i bought the us one instead of the eu one. And i was wondering why the hell this gt5 is litle bit cheaper than the other one. The us intro is not as good. The only cool part of the us is the AUDI R8 slow motion part and the daytona scene in the beginning.

this was my first game for ps3, i completed the whole thing in a week, all challenges, all cars, great game lacks innovation, why? beleive it or not, kaz-yamauchi has never played any other driving game,- what gt5 needs- damage, 360 car view, auction house, dynamic multiplayer, custom tracks, detailed car customisation. thats all i want.

I like this opening better. The US one is nice, especially the Daytona sunrise. I see that as a silent not to Nascar, but overall this features the GT-R more, and overall the music is more fitting. Love the Weezer song, but this fits better. I also like the F2007 rear at the end, very nice!

I have a huge problem with this game and i need some ones help. I have bought this game once as a disc and then again as a download. Both of these game freeze all the time, i would be luckly to get one race before it freezes. I did a system restore yesterday and that didn't work and i have deleted all the files countless times. It's a little taste of the real game, which will be released next game.
