At 13:55, the camera doesn't zero in on Romanov like in the past or with the party leaders in other republics--perhaps a sign of him being outmaneuvered by Andropov. Also, they devote more time than usual to Poland starting at 49:30, perhaps in an attempt to depict the situation as being under control after Jaruzelski declared martial law.
@Ktaurus26 His right collarbone was broken in an accident at the Tashkent aircraft plant on 23 March. It appears that Brezhnev is barely able to waft his hand, much less to raise it above the shoulder level.
