I have two of these machines, but of none of them the fast forward and fast rewind is working right. But one has the original microphone in the storage compartment at the right side.
I've just got one of these, and don't know if its working or not, it plays tapes but no sound comes out ,do i need an external amp/speaker? I have posted a vid, but it does contain a bit of blue language,just warning you,in case you're offended by bad language .thanks.
Dear Friend:This recorder have its internal speaker.Try to conect it to an external amp to check if it plays find.No sound can be a large lot of things,including defective loudspeaker.Good lucky
I have a machine just like this one only mine goes under the name Stellatone, and where the volume knob is, underneath it is a selector knob for tracks 1&2 and 3 & 4 it`s a cool looking tape recorder
My dad has got one of these, but it's not currently in the best of nick - the side panel is missing as is the lid (which got broken) and the right hand lug is broken and currently fixed with putty. I'm hoping to get it fixed soon as it's a great tape recorder nonetheless. :-)
Great. Thats a prized possession till now.>.. got it from Hongkong 48 yrs ago. Have some fantastic memories stored in the tapes played by it. BUT I have problem. The belt has given way. Where do you get it.?
The second issue is how to transfer the recordings to a CD. What kind of data cable and soft ware is to be used which can store the recordings to a PC, which can be further burned on a CD? Please Help!!!!
Hey, i have this same machine, but i don't have any tape reels, what size tape do you need for this machine. It sounds nice, can't wait to get it working.
nice machine i can buy one at a flea market in east of france for 12 euros i don t buy it because i have already about 30 reel to reel decks but now i regret best regards from france

Lamento,consretei o meu "no escuro",se bem que os problemas eram de ordem mecânica e lubrificação.Não mexi na eletrônica,que usa valvulas.

You will need a 6 inch reel tape (or smaller).Be shure to find a good brand,if possible,Philips.1/4 reel tapes are very rare today,
