Do you have any ideas on how I could achieve the same film quality slo mo without the ability of conforming from 50p but rather 25p as a starting point?
@rewinddk to get this quality slomo u need to shoot at a higher frame rate as i did. However there are plugins such as FurnaceCore, by The Foundry that perform Optical flow timings, but this is slow and expensive.
Tips: if you can only shoot 25P then set your shutter to 1/50th sec and adjust gamma curve in the camera. Grade as required. This will help achieve a more filmic look.
@jhomevids Can you remember what shutter you had the camera at i keep reading that a 1/00 shutter at 50fps (what you would normally shoot. eg. double the frame rate) ends up being wrong once the editing software has converted it into a 25p project and that 1/50 should be used if this is the intention. only watched in sd but thought i saw a couple of moments like that in your vid. otherwise good job
Sweet job...very film like.
You might be able to help...

Do you have any ideas on how I could achieve the same film quality slo mo without the ability of conforming from 50p but rather 25p as a starting point?
