Frickin' spent hours on a misprinted fingering for this piece (from the published version, no less) only to find that he himself isn't using it. Lesson learned.
His fingerings does'nt necessarily fit you or your guitar the best. Make yourself a pic of what your melody will be like, and make your own fingerings. I'd be happy to help you with that
I appreciate the offer, but I solved the problem about five minutes before posting that comment. The editor just made a mistake and marked the D in the Bb chord at the start of m. 6 to be played with the 2nd finger instead of the 4th, which is an obvious blooper and one I should have caught right away. Which is why I said lesson learned: if a fingering seems entirely impractical and unmusical, it probably is. Thanks for the reply : )
Actually, The score is still available im studying classical guitar In Manitoba At their school of music and I do have the score I could e-mail a scanned version of it to someone who would like it but please do not post it on the internet
Soy Guitarrista clásico y Dyens es uno de mis favoritos, me gustaría tocar su "Côté Nord" y por supuesto escucharlo, si alguien lo tiene, le agradecería mucho su ayuda. Victor Ortiz
Musically very hard. . . expression not technique rules this piece.
Yet that is a a different type of technique. The control of expression in very subtle ways. . .magical ways. .

THIS is the kind of artist that should fill a stadium, not madonna or robbie williams.
Simply a great modern artist. One of the greatest.

It's precisely because he's a profound artist that he doesn't fill stadiums. The mob has no taste for genuine greatness. It only likes counterfeits.
