I highly doubt this is a UFO, as what possible ship could sustain itself in space with no internal structure ( ie how it twisted about) ? It is probably space debris or a glitch. So lets look at it as Inspector Holmes would and ask, what are all the possibile explinations.

Gases? But from the video there is no sign of dissipation, which would suggest otherwise.

Debris, unlikely as these things have been seen within the atmosphere, which would limit the logical possibilities further.
