@AggroGraf Ah thanks Graf :D I haven't played in way too long.. I've played RB3 a couple times but these days I'd need a couple more hours everyday XD I'll definitely try to make more videos soon, though the next one might be pro keys ;)
@dexter1 So far I've used acoustic for most of the game. Things like bending and hitting notes on the higher frets is tougher, but most of the other parts are playable on acoustic. I wouldn't recommend it but it is possible.
@Sushine1993 Hm we can play all songs, but some songs have solos on higher frets that are inexistant on acoustic guitars (neck being shorter).. Other than that it works really well, except for the bends that are really hard to do on acoustics. (and of course it has to be an acoustic-electric!) Btw sorry for answering so late, I've been way too busy in December XD
@myboomstick I know.... took forever, I'm sure you can't miss more than 4 notes! I'll definitely go for 100% on this song when I'll have a little more practice!
AWESOME thanx for this video, I have an elec/acoustic and really want this game, wasnt sure it would work out since u can actually hear what u are playing on the accoustic.. hows it work out for you ?
@oo7Ryan It works very well actually... It IS a bit harder, but if you're starting out, I think it doesn't mather much. Advanced solos will be a bit hard though because the neck is so short and might not even have all required frets.. And my biggest problem is bending the strings which is a lot harder to do on acoustics. But other that that I love using my guitar :) Also if you turn up the TV volume enough, we still hear gameplay really well, and I somtimes use headphones then it's even better!
@romali971 I'll post videos of harder songs for sure.. but there's something I'm struggling with actually. With my acoustic guitar it's REALLY hard to do bends correctly, so all songs with bends it's like impossible for me to max out those sections :/ I might borrow an electric guitar from a friend and see how it compares!
@Rotorzilla Thanks!! :) I actually had to memorize those notes, 'cause I couldn't hit them looking at the screen haha >_> I have to look at my fingers to play the main part ;)
@Geetardudes With a "Real Tone" cable (comes with the game), it's a quarter-inch to USB cable made specifically for Rocksmith. So you can plug in any guitar with a ¼ inch jack..
I just learned the riff by vatching this video (: tis is crazy

simple song but unlocking master is not easy - played perfectly you'll barely scratch the 100k.

I think the sole dislike came about because you didn't play it "piano-style".
jkl890 3 months ago
@jkl890 I'll probably try out a song piano-style someday ;) Then everyone would be WTF?! XD (lol replying 6 days late >_>)
