Perhaps the "simply because of a headache" was a bit of hyperbole, saying that an exception for "health" can be milked for all it's worth and the exceptions for the "life of the mother" should suffice--he has testimony from a physician at Johns Hopkins that Dr. Tiller was performing late term abortions often for reasons that did not rise to thet standard of the mother's life being in danger.

I think America needs a Christian fairness doctrine. Anyone with non-Christian views will need to be balanced by a bible based Christian viewpoint. You know for diversity reasons.

What is this future fertility of the mother BS. If you have a healthy child and you are 28 weeks along and the doctor says you may not have more children if you carry this baby to term, so the mom chooses to kill the healthy baby?? WTF??? That decision just prooves that she wouldn't be a good mom anyway. The correct answer would be to have the baby and if you can't have anymore after that, then adopt or become a foster parent.
