my dad doesn't notice me, and when i listen to this song i cry and remember when i was 4, and he noticed me as his little princess. I found a picture of me and him and i started bawling. it always reminds me that whenever he ignores me or drowns me out with my other sister, i always know that he loved me, and sometime in the future when i am gone out of his life, he will cry at the sight of that picture, and when i see him tear up when i come home to visit I'll know that he loved me all along.

we all have a father whether you realize it or not. hes the kind of a father who will never leave us or hurt us in any way. he knows how we feel and is always watching after us. God is an amazing father so please realize your not ever fatherless. hes beyond what any dad can be. we still love charish and adore our fathers in every way possible, but if you dont have a dad, you ALWAYS have a heavnly father who loves you dearly. nothing can compare:)

no actually he wrote it about his daughter. im friends with steve and its not a joke. s his son was driving backwards and hit his sister and she fell and then he got out and called his parents, and they rushed to the hospital. but it was too late. same day as steve's son's graduation. he felt guilty obviously and ran but his older brother caught up and told him that they as a family still love him and that he should trust god. they are doing way better nowadays, am still in contact with them!
