Iraq USED TO have a huge Jewish community. The majority all left in the 1950s/1960s, for Israel(or London & NY). There was still a handful of mostly old Jews living in Bagdad by the time of the 2003 US invasion, almost all of them are now in Israel too. Lebanon also used to have a lot(but not as many as Syria). The Lebanese & Syrian Jews today are almost all in Israel, Brooklyn NY and Deal New Jersey. There are also maybe 100 (maximum) Jews left in Damascus, Syria, maybe a few dozen in Beirut.

Unfortunately, I don't have the English subtitles. I suppose they don't exist (I mean you won't find it in the Internet)... You'll have to learn Hebrew if you want to understand;) But seriously, I guess I can translate the lyrics and put it here in a few days time (right now I'm too busy to do it).

They do exist. I saw the DVD in Hebrew class with the English subtitles. I was just wondering if you had the English subtitles available. *shrugs* If you haven't got them, that's okay too.

Oh come on, there are some people who make DVD with their own subtitles, I'm pretty sure the subtitles you are talking about is a home made.. I don't think you can find it on the internet
