That's actually part of the challenge. The spinning arrows is one of many challenging modes of play, another one being having the arrows go from right to left, or from top to bottom, or have them come from every which way until they're half-way to the "step now" mark

you should see one i know from my school he ithink took dragonforce once on the most difficult setting and he nailed it almost perfectly and the arrows becomes invisible half way up the screen before he needs to hit them.

you don't buy,its online(if you search it off google you will find it)Download it then download any songs you might want off the site.You play with the arrows on your keyboard but if you own a dance pad you an use that is you get an adapter(the adapter you need to buy and it plugs into your usb port).
