Optimus would NOT have blown up Paradron to save it from the Decepticons. He would have had a full scale invasion (yeah, Paradron would have been heavily damaged, but they'd still have a planet to rebuild instead of no planet at all).

I don't like to criticize Transformers, I love this show ... but this episode was lousy! Blowing up a whole planet without even asking the inhabitants first?

Optimus Prime didn't blow up Earth just so the Decepticons wouldn't get it.

he was prety much written out, hasboro was having copyright issues with the character name so the production people were told not to use him...so from season 2 on he's never featured, but you can spot him in the background or in group shots every now and again..plus i think there's an episode(dark awakening?) were you can see him in the background and he gets blown up.

Its pretty funny how the serie turned out. I remembering watching the first and second season being so pissed off that there where so many autobot characters and so few Decepticons. Now its the complete opposite. So many decepticons and so few autobots... I mean? Did really so MANY autobots die from the movie? And besides where iss Jazz and Bumblebee I saw them survive from the movie... Its a pitty, there were so many intresting autobots before that are gone now :C

Actually, Galvatron ALWAYS sounded LESS calmer than Megatron after the movie and by The Five Faces of Darkness part 2; this was because of when he lost the fight to Hot Rod when he became Rodimus Prime and Galvatron landed in the lava on Planet Thrull; that's how Galvatron gained his insanity by season three and why his voice changed from Leonard Nimoy back to Frank Welker.
