I am just confused, isn't it that the under or over applied overhead is to be allocated to cost of goodssold and ending inventory when the total goods manufactured is not all sold? or this is the ruling of the GAAP that any over or under applied overhead should be charged to the period in which it is incurred and not allocated to product where it is traceable?
