I was noticing you pre-killed your crix.. how do you did you do that?

Someone told me before about freezing them and that kills them (and obviously, allow them to 'cool' before feeding).

I also read that if you put your locust container in the fridge for 20 minutes, they get groggy/slower and easier to catch. It doesn't harm them. Do you think the same would apply to crickets? Thanks!

Actually, pre-killing these were unintentional. I mistakenly left the crickets in the bag when I got them and totally forgot about them. The way I usually pre-kill crickets is to press firmly on their head, and they die instantly.

Never actually tried that method so I can't say for sure it will apply for crickets. I got used to them so they're not terribly bad to catch

Odd that your P.antinous died. Did you provide it a water dish because the pamphobeteus genus do require more humidity compared to most other T's.
