I have not been with a swimming club for a year now, would it be a wise idea to do this 90 minutes intensive swimming 4 days in a row then rest 3 days and repeat?
@oOEmanOo It's certainly up there! Because it used so many muscles, simultaneously, more energy (calories) are being used up. It's also a good way to get a lean, fit physique. It's also great for cardio and is much kinder on the body than running/jogging.
i wanna join varsity swim team....tryouts are the first 2 weeks of school...have 56 days till school starts...how do i build my edurance? and what are some land workouts to improve?
