Amazing video - but one thing you didnt consider - Gatwick only use one runway, and that gives them the title of busiest international single runway airport. And you had planes taking off and landing at the same time as well as in different directions which is actually very unsafe. Anyway, a great video!

I'm going to go against you here and say that having airliners taking off and landing in different directions is routine at some airports. Gatwick isn't normally, but some airports (Lourdes-Tarbes for example) have planes taking off into the direction that planes are landing from due to high terrain. Obviously you are right that at Gatwick the volume of traffic could not allow this to take place but it's not as unsafe as you may think.

Some of those aircraft in the video were just taxiing on the 2nd runway (08L/26R), not taking off, which is something done a lot at Gatwick. It may be a plan to get some more knowledge of the airport before you decide to accuse someone of being unsafe!

The cars and plane come with the scenery (UK2000 sceneries). To get treaffic you can either get yourself any payware add-on (I use Ultimate traffic, but others are available) or go get a freeware version. (world of AI is very good)

UT comes with a traffic compiler. You can add schedules, airports, planes, etc. You will have to read the manual as it is way too much to type up here.
