My query aside, this is an excellent clip from Up - this part of the film makes me smile whenever I watch it, I love the way Carl looks startled when Ellie takes off her flying helmet to reveal a shock of red hair - gets me every time!

I freaking support. I didn't even want to watch this movie when it came on Starz, but I walked past and saw her, and immediately sat down. Ellie is amazing, as a kid, and as an adult. Even in leaving, she left him with hope. She's fun and full of energy, and there's never a dull moment. I agree--there should be more characters like her. But there may never be. There can only be one Ellie. :3

Watching a single Pixar scene can make me bawl just from the beauty of it.

When i hear the Luxo Lamp's sound effects i race to my TV and everyone knows not to bother me when a Pixar movie is on.

8 amazing worlds have been created over 25 years, with 2 sequels made for TS and one for Cars.

They've created the best romances, the saddest goodbyes, the happiest hellos, and the funniest scenes in existance. Pixar is just so friggen awesome!!!!!!!

I love how Pixar was able to create such a lovable character in just two scenes and a montage. They did a good job making her absence felt in the rest of the movie even though we didn't get a lot of time with her.
