Nice vids! Well my first season with a 09 superglide love it. Living in Michigan I was lucky to put 8500 on the bike giving me some experience. Big trip was north through the up and down to Milwaukee HD Museum. Next year to Sturgis my dad lives there so I have an excuse
Wow! that's an impressive amount of riding for your first season! Good on yah! I've just clicked over the 23k mark on the odo, but that mileage spans the better part of 4 years.
Thanks for watching my vids. Glad you like them!
I'd love to get up your way some time. Maybe next year. Eventually anyway.
Well, I suppose it depends on where you are. If you are in the UK, I'd be south of ya, but if you're in NZ, you definitely wouldn't want to go south. Although, at this time of year, NZ is just heating up and would probably be pretty nice!!
Technically, England is northeast of North Carolina, at 54 degrees north, compared to Raleigh's 46 degrees north. Plus, there would be a lot of good riding south of you and Europe, i.e., Africa. If you haven't seen "The Long Way Down" I highly recommend it. This movie made me want to ride in Africa someday.
Haha thanks for the kind shout out again sir. I appreciate that. :D
The fall colors are nice but i wish we could have them without the temp drop. lol Ive never been a winter person. I enjoy being out and not bundled up. Some day i really need to move somewhere warm (: lol
You should think about moving down South! Coldest it gets is 18 degrees, and that is only at 7AM one day per year. Summers are hot though. Hawaii has the best weather, but then you have to pay an arm and a leg to live like a pauper.
Dang.
Ithink NC is the perfect mix of moderate temps and low prices. If you like church, then there are many to choose from. . .
Its funny you mention this because ive thought many times about moving but everywhere seems to have its bad points. Im not really bother much by heat tho so i think a warmer place, even if i have to put up with hotter summers, would be good for me. I hate winter so much it actually depresses me. It does a lotta people but im a pretty free spirit and winter always means being cooped up and i dont fee right at all during the winter.
I think you would really like the weather here, even though the leaves fall off the trees and things get rather drab. At least it is possible to ride all year. We get about 7 inches of snow per year around these parts, and ice is seldom much of a concern. You ought to give it a visit!
Maybe i will. Im sure ill be on that side of the country again the question is whether id check it out during the winter when im inna cage or the summer when im onna bike. (:
I'd recommend caging it, and then you can take a bike for a test ride while you are here to get a feel for it. No use in freezing yer butt off for 700 or more miles - unless you're aiming for a Polar Bear Challenge win!!
Nice fall colors. Don't get much of that here SoCal. Even rainy day rides can be nice Don't have much of that here also. Fall has arrived here...85 degrees yesterday. Going to be cooler today...73 degrees. Just remember "If you don't ride in the rain, you don't ride". rsmf...
I'm glad we get this change of seasons, although the rain kind of sucks when the leaves are reaching their peak. The beautiful thing about living here is that winter is so mild compared to up North. Typical day-time temps in January are in the 40's and 50's, unlike Boston, which is in the 20's or worse.
As for riding in the rain, I'll do it when I have to, but I don't enjoy it much. If I had a beater-biker, I wouldn't care.
Enjoy that SoCal weather, and keep the shiny side up!
Yhanks for the shout out, I def appreciate it. dig your bike, a Harley ridin vlogger awesome. Funny i have a pair of mini mutts myself, Westies, I believe those are Malteses? Thanks again for the shout out.
Thanks, bro. Westies are in my top 3 dogs, Scotties and Maltese being the other two. I'm glad we have another cruiser-riding vlogger, and on a custom chopper to boot! Woo-hoo!
Hey man, thanks for the shout out. Your Alright.

That sounds pretty brutal! I'm OK in the cold, but add wet to it and I tend to want to curl up in a ball and hide indoors.
