istead of making it a rwd just keep it as a fwd but the next gen altimas should could with a 2.7T(turbo) and the maxima should have a 3.5T(turbo) since nissan is considered the sportier line up and infiniti is the luxury line up....but thats just my opinion

@keeser123 No they definitely should make it RWD and it will be the hottest compact sports car on the market. THe car companies are idiots if they think enthusiasts want a FWD vehicle. Its either AWD or RWD when it comes to performance, this is why the pony cars are so much more fun to drive.
but then if they did that the infiniti line would not sell and thats why the nissan altima and maxima are fwd.....like i said just give them turbos and upgrade the altimas engine
@keeser123 turbos would help but turbos also ARGUABLY tend to compromise reliability. thats what hondas reasoning has always been.
You hit the nail on the head, if nissan made their cheaper cars RWD they wouldnt sell the more expensive ones. It'd sure be nice though. Looks like ill be getting a camaro as they are the same price, v6 standard and even sharper looking(with the exception of the plastic silver shrouding on the tail lights. I do like the suspension on this car though.
@bossudude420 hah good luck if you wanna do any racing at all. v6 camaros are whack, and you can tell why they cost so much less. the body is so heavy and the interior is laughable. you still see a million old camaros driving around today. good job chevy making a car everyone is going to buy just on looks alone.
@bossudude420 if you want it rwd get an infiniti. the fwd is actually incredible for an everyday driver, and extremely viable in most weather conditions. my 3.5 altima coupe is way more fun to drive then any v6 challenger, mustang or camaro... not to mention i embaress all those cars easily.

I think it goes with the car extremely well and making an Altima a RWD doesn't make sense then Nissan already has the 350 or 370 thingy whatever. The Altima needs to be Nissan's economy, FWD car for everyone. The enthusiasts? That's what the 370/350 are there for. I think the new touch-ups on the Nissan front are quite nice.
What are you talking about NOBODY is buying the altima coupe and the Z is well into the 30s with no rear seat vs mid 20s Plus a rock hard suspension and very noisy.
The 240sx both did better gas millege with the same engine as the Altima at the time being rwd and was far more popular because its both a economical comfortable coupe and a sports car when it needs to be.
Somehow at almost the same price and performance the G35 sold much better than the Z probably because it was practical.

RWD's are fun, FWD's are boring. I also think they are dangerous, found that out when I was sixteen and busted a tie rod smashing my GTI 1.8t into a curb. You cant drift these cars.
