just made puppy chow using your recipe tonight.. it turned out awesome! and DELICIOUS! despite the language barrier, i was able to make this very easily. the only hard part is the clean up work :/ but hey, it was WORTH IT!

p.s for all you ignorant pet owners.. FYI: puppy chow is not meant to be fed to your animals. that "treat" you're giving them and that they seem to "like" so much is in fact TOXIC! yeah, so please save yourself the mess and a trip to the vet and don't give them this. cheers

I love making puppy chow, but I like using white chocolate instead of regular chocolate. I also like to add various things like raisins, pretzel sticks and peanuts (or w/out, depends on if I'm making it for someone with an allergy).

Just a random thing, but if I was in Japan and have to say someone's english name, would i say the plain english or the way Japanese speakers would say?

Take my name for example, Would I say, "こんにちは! わたしは Johnnie です!"

Or

"こんにちは! わたしは ジョニ (Jyoni) です!"?

OR (sorry for being strange :D), would I use the translation (Shinkei)?

@CrimsonEclipse It doesn't make them die, unless they eat A LOT. Most of the time it just makes them sick if they eat too much. Once, my brother dropped a bit of chocolate on the floor and my dog ate it, but nothing happened. So they just can't eat too much.

Sugoi Hiroko, but I think you should add in a disclaimer that Its very important that people do not feed this to actual dogs. Dogs and cats cannot digest chocolate and will make them very sick or could even be fatal. "Puppy chow" is just a silly name for a HUMAN snack.
