  • Obviously, Turkey don't need to join the Eu. However the EU really need to have Turkey to have effective politics. This man just saying lies, he doesn't have copmrehensive knowledge on Turkish Republic. The real situation is completely different.

  • I don't see a problem with Turkey: a) it doesn't belong into the EU, but otherwise? I see no problem with them..

  • @manoman0 It will become a member of the EU because the US state department wants this to happen.

  • @ukipwebmaster So I've heard before, from UK to the Ural, the United States of Europa shall rise. If, I say, IF we were organised similar to the united States of america, I wouldn't oppose to such an idea. But we're heading towards a soviet style system. That's worrying me.

  • @ukipwebmaster If there is no settlement with Cyprus than you can bet that there will be no Turkey inside the EU. Cyprus will forever Veto Turkey if Turkey remains intransigent on negations and let Cypriot ships dock at their ports. Do not get your hopes up. The US state department tried to bully Greece into letting FYROM join the EU and NATO but their attempts failed.

  • @manoman0 Follow the money as William says. Theyre obviously being prepared for it, and if the money isnt good enough a lead isnt our current prime minister David Cameron saying that hes willing to fight for its intergration good enough?

If Turkey join and we're still in it the EU will crash even faster and it will bring the UK down with it. However by then the UK will have changed so much as to become unrecognisable and will have next to no chance to recover.

  • Thank you.

  • Man I wish I was in the U.K.

  • I'dont think that THE Greeks are really for it.

As everywhere it's only their corrupt political class!

Labour and Tory traitors are not the British people! Sme in Greece, Germany, France, Denmark, Sweden, Holland, Belgium, Spain...

Until 1000 A.D. today Turkey aka Byzantium was Greek and Armenian and y ver fertile region! Then Turks came ethnical cleansed the region deserted the fertile ground destroyed churches and converted the Hagia Sofia, one of Christianity's most ancient churches!
