  • Too much salt. Otherwise it looks good. Although I cook with a tradition that prefers basil and marjoram (but be careful of the Mexican varieties, especially of marjoram) to ginger and cinnamon for real eating food, although they are fine for desert.

    I agree with you about garlic and onions.
