As far as pure mic skills go, I'd have to give it to Kiss. Fab is more consistent from what I've heard, but Kiss has, like Fab HIMSELF said, always come with at least ONE bananas performance on each mixtape/album he's dropped. Both have had NY in the palm of their hand since Jay-Z has been on his executive/corporate shit for the last half of a decade. I consider them both living legends, and have plenty of their music on my playlist.
