Thank you! I will never be able to understand why anyone thinks it's ok to go into a restaurant or any other service industry with their attitude guns BLAZING! It's like, "Wth? I'm just your server/hairdresser/bartender/whatever-the-service-occupation-is. I'm here to try to make your day better. Why are you being so mean to me?" I think I told my then-boyfriend (now my husband) that if we ever went into a restaurant and he was mean to the servers, for WHATEVER "reason", he WOULD answer to me!

LOL... yeah, people get really ridiculous when it service industry. i think people like to imagine that they are dealing with their own personal servant - Soooo Not The Case... and even if it were - would you treat your personal servant like crap? the very reason why naomi campbell finds herself in court so much LOL

I used to work at the airport. That is another service industry where people come in with attitude already in hand. I have never been cursed out more that when I worked there.

Great vid. Glad to see your making them more often. I seen that vid you were talking about... she was off the hook. Common courtsey ppl lack and ppl are so rude. I guess thats just todays world.
