sorry, i just dont see much potential, but ill give you some tips,
watch tutorials like boos45
try and put your doors around the center
and put windows on the outsides of houses
but dont be slowed or saddened by my comment, its my opinion

Your houses need windows and there way to big, and your indoor mapping is very bad... I suggest watching other peoples videos.
