i went to Abuja when it was being built in the summer of 1983. i remember the city was completed nearly but was empty.. so strange all those gleeming roads but no people!! lol! NTA had staff there and i remember visiting a staff members flat because all the staff moved out there had nice big appartments . over 26ys later it will be good to see what it has become now..
