Singers of Lucrecia's caliber, cannot be put into any range cause she's got them all covered, I think. She's all of the above and even more. It's sort of like Aretha Franklin. They are just gifted who are rangeless from the bottom to the top.
No she's not an alto .... though there are mezzos and contraltos who have high notes there tessitura is lower.... and thats one of the main factors of determining there vocal category

By the way, I want to say that God was so smart in the way He created people and even their voices... so much so that classifying, many times, just doesn't work. I guess people weren't made to be classified.
She sings really high in head voice, but she rarely sings into soprano range in chest voice. So what's wrong with calling her a mezzo, or even an alto? I guess it depends on whether you are coming from a classical standpoint or not. I hear all the hype about how much of a soprano she is and I never have gotten it. From a classical perspective, yes, she sings super soprano. But many are not classical, and to me "soprano" means someone who can sing both the highest chest and head voice parts.
