Teens and poor people don't use the only plastic that helps: CONDOMS. I agreed with you population is the mayor problem . Comdoms, check ups and methods to reduce pregnancies and deseases should be free and an obligation for everyone as the education too. Kids go to school and end like gansters instead of better persons.
