I like that they're seemingly going back to the way Sonic games were meant to be, fast-paced jump and runs with a basic story. Sega has done a lot of shitty stuff lately (Sonic vs. Mario? Sonic Werewolve? REALLY?) and it feels great to get the old feel back. But I agree that they should learn from their mistakes (e.g redo 2006) instead of starting new projects so soon.

I dont know why, but I hate this types of Sonic games, I love the Sonic Unleashed, because the places where he was are real, or the next-gen game,the environment is nice and real but the glitches in the 2006 game are horrible :D

As awesome as this game looks, Sega is making a big mistake not putting this on Wii or 3DS. Every multi-platform Sonic game has recieved better reviews on the Nintendo version than all the other platforms, except for Sonic 4 (but that was shit anyway XD)

I'm so fricken happy that Sega is bringing the classic Sonic back for another run, I used to play Sonic 1 and 2 on the Genesis all the damn time when I was growing up. That is the thing for him in 1999, back where he was forced to "blast-process" in a 3D world. That main objective for him while running is to put himself as forward as possible, while everything else flows with the wind. The quills on Sonic's head are designed for that kind of thing. Gives him more boost and focus to go faster. Now do you get it?
