I met a traveller one night whilst driving through some farmland amidst a storm. He was red and had eight legs, shuffling along slowly across a country road rarely travelled. I stopped and asked him if he was okay, but he only turned and stared at me. In his eyes, I could see a sense of loss, of hopelessness and despair. He then turned and struggled on against the storm, but in that brief silence he had said more then I can put into words.

That was beauty in its purest form. We start off seeing Octocat's childlike innocence, and his fruitless search for his parents. Then, as Octocat destroys the blue worm in his rage, we see Octocat transform into a murderer. While in the desert of his hopelessness, he finally finds his parents - only to be abandonned once again. This tribute perfectly captures the tidal wave of joy and despair that is Octocat.
