I was going to say I've never heard of this game before but its just Need for Speed. This game rocks man. It would get more exiting if you left 1st gear!
Seriously one of the best racing games of the time and one of the best 3DO games. Up there with Road Rash but its more a driving game than an arcade game.
It's not Need For Speed.

@MN12BIRD I think its Japans Name for Need For Speed cause Need For Speed 4 : High Stakes/Road challenge IS just Called Over Drivin 4 in Japan.
