Just think of it- there is a rotation involved when trying to get faster turn over- if you land on your heel or your heel comes in contact with the ground you are adding an extra rotation which will take away from your turn over and cause very unpleasent injuries you wouldnt want to have. And hes not landing on his heel, it looks like it because he has his foot adorceflexed which is another part in your sprint form also
I think the form looks beautiful when you're up and going, but should you not stay a lower longer? I don't see much of a drive phase, it seems like he springs right up and just keeps truckin' from there, neck a little hunched.
Nice form though but you shouldn't get up after a half second.
You should look straight to the track forward and raise it up along sprinting, liker you look at your eyes level at the 30 meters mark.
