yes and no if you play the game b4 its released offline and then go on another game online, you will get banned b cuz if you get an achievement b4 the games comes out they know you have gotten it illegally somehow, but if have burned a game that has been released you should stealth patch it and then you can play it online with a low chance of getting caught.....
