for me, the english va sound like pokemon characters to the point wherein after watching this, you'll wonder why Ash can't turn into a dragon or spam eternal raid while the japanese va makes the all sound like samurai. Thus I prefer the Japanese VA for Suo and Jun; and the English VA for the rest since these reflect their appearance. Notable here is Badrach's soul crush which appears crap (sprinkling ashes then throwing cigarette) That can BE copied in real life

Frigid Damsel in this game was so sick looking..

 Too bad the Great Magics used in this game were basically extended versions or the normal magic attacks.

I loved Brahms, but getting hit by Bloody Curse was NO joke...

it's not just extension. sort like a stronger magic of the initial spell.

like an explosion of fire storm, the great magic explosion is huge n more damaging in ifrit caress.

Yeah I hear ya.. but it didn't feel like they were any different to me. It just seemed like the magics had a longer duration, scored more hits and obviously dealt more damage. Despite all of that, I still liked them. I think that this game had the most inspirational spells in any game. They're very well thought out

i myself creating my own some sort of fanmade story. and some of the skills, characters and spell are based on this game too. especially arngrim and shiho. hahahaha...
