Its true, after i watched this i went to take care of my 4 months niece and Pricilla is right.those were universal baby language. Its how babies react to certain a feeling like how we grown ups do to react(but we use gestures,voice,and facial expressions).Babies just use their mouths to feel something when they are curious, and cry when say something about how they feel.
