I usually vouche for police officers, since my dad and his friends are on the force, but videos like this make me a little more sympathetic. And the officers get off free. It makes me sick. A shoe at his leg or a foul mouth does not lawfully justify his actions. His life was NOT threatened. That is the only time they can act out in violence. I was even wondering WTF did I do to deserce all of this I was drunk yes, but I was downtown crossing the street to go to another bar. They treated me like I was a murder. The funny part was they called me over to them so I went and then they threw me on the ground, shved my face into the pavement, shoved me into a wall at the station...then dropped the charges after 15 hours of waiting. BS

The funniest part is that it was a very casual kick--as if you were kicking them off at home.--But fuck i've been in these situatuons. i once had a broken shot-glass in my back pocket when i got arrested---so instead of informing me to this discovery---they just started taking off my pants (so they none of us get cut) obviously i resist people trying to strip me for no apparent reason (in my mind)--ended up getting a bloody lip and nose--and assault police charges.--Their just DUMB.

Then when I got older "21" I did 17 days in jail for my first DUI which I got coincidentally while the keys were in the ignition and I wasn't driving.
