id say as far as thrash metal guitarists, jeff waters is possibly the best ive ever heard, hes got a style like mustaine, but hes faster and mor technical , some of the riffs on never neverland could almost quallify as deathmetalstyle if you think about it.

Dave was actually the one to ask Jeff to audition for Megadeth. Since Jeff was busy with Annihilator, he didn't want to have to deal with playing in both band and decided not to try out for Megadeth.

The video of the Symphony solo wasn't Jeff trying out, he just felt like making the video to send to Dave mainly out of respect.
