  • What is this guy barking on about?

  • Qu'est ce qu'il ne faut pas lire ici!

  • Wow, I had no idea this was up here. Yeah, that's me reading. For those who wish to know the context, Prof. Houellebecq was taking his time getting to the seminar and by the time this video starts, I had already been reading for about 30 minutes or so. Needless to say, after 12 hours of class that day, my voice could never reach the sublime heights required to justly represent the natural beauty of Houellebecq's words and this translation. And yes, I was a Master's student at the time.

  • @jmarkmusic, sure thing, imbecil.

  • Quote "In an absolute and non-conflictual state. I no longer had any plan, nor any objective. My individuality dissolved into a indefinite series of days."

So did mine listening. If that was on purpose. I am in awe.

  • lmao, how bored he looks.

  • Houellebecq looks cataleptic with boredom

  • Schirmacher's English hurts, too.

  • oh, ja!

  • it is pretty painful though...

  • yeah, very acute observation there pal

  • i hope to god the reader is not a phd candidate!

  • hehe

  • they should choose a guy who can correctly read a book... the stress probably..
