With the Hawiye fighting Daarood, Ogaden under Ethiopia's oppression and Isaaq's border dispute with Puntland (another fight with Daarood), Somalia is in a such a mess that it is unlikely that the country will unite. Pointing fingers around will not help. Qabiil is haram, it is a genocidal mind virus that can and will destroy somalis.

In Somali constitution, Somali is the one who speaks Somali language as well as his parent's,for me Somali is the one who uphold the Somali custom, tradition, ad contributes to the community.
