Hircine is my favourite Daedric prince. I loved the Blood Moon expansion with Hircine in the main role at TES III Morrowind. Sadly, Oblivion has worst climate.

For perfect madness armor you have to be 20+. You probably have like fine or very fine madness armor.

It's called madness ore armor, you get it from a smith in New Sheoth in the city of crucible. I have the armor and I too think is kickass
