I have been to the Bryant museum in Tuscaloosa, but many of my Bama friends haven't been there. If you are a Bama fan, take some time and visit. I was awe struck.
i played in a h.s football game at ladd staduim(where they play the senior bowl)1980. there were 27,000 fans there and i droped a t.d. pass. and then found out bear bryant was in the stands watching the game...man i cried for a week.
I travell across the US and here recently i ran across a Oregan fan who asked who Bear Bryant was, my response was "only the greatest coach ever".its amazing the west coast doesnt know who the Bear is.
