What a waste of my £30. (Pc Version) So i Got this game cos it looked brilliant (i much prefer games like most wanted/carbon where you can actually do what you WANT in free roam and customisation, which this game Lacks on BIG TIME.) So Your driving your zonda down a straight and come to a corner, you brake where it tells you and you turn, and automatically spin out... like wtf, in RL you dont spin out turning a corner at 30mph. I learned to drive/drift quicker in real life then this game.
The first need for speed games had cops chasing you; way before carbon or underground. At the time it was one of the most realistic driving games. I thought it was a real rush outrunning a cop in a BMW M5 in a porsche 911. No ricers in those games; no boring stories with bad voice actors either.
There is nothing wrong with the underground games, they were a blast, and i am sure they will be seen again, but this is a totally different game. You don't get cops chasing lewis hamilton at monaco or singapore.... so clearly they won't be around in legal street races here either. Its just a different game, underground will come again be sure of it, and i won't then whine about the cops screwing up my racing lines. Horses for courses guys, thats all.

I own a PS3 and was set on Dirt 2 but the demo, has slammed on the brakes , Its fun but now I'm open to options. To tell you the truth the looks of this game seem off the charts, if it plays like it looks - I'm Super Pumped.

underground 1 and 2 especially 2 are sick and carbon loved that, all the others are crap, why get rid of drag though, only thing i didnt like about carbon was you couldnt drag, thats why i still prefer nfs to midnight club you cant drag, its the best kinda race in my opinion
there is a nfs online in progress too, i forget what its called, but its an open world online nfs, much like midnight club in some way, but much better, look for it on google.

Well, NFS is disappointing me more and more. First ProStreet, then Undercover...now this.
The idea, of putting more realism into the game is pretty good, but NFS used to be Street Racing, Car Moding, Tuning and stuff.... Now its just boring racing like any other Race Game. Im gonna miss the cop Chases and the driving around on the World Map. Hope EA wakes up and return to their classic type of Racing Games.

This is shit. What made NFS was Underground and Underground 2. Most Wanted wasn't bad neither. But after NFS gave up on custimization, and that "Fast and the Furious" effect it had, in place for more focus on car performance, it became shit.
They don't realize there's PLENTY of proper simulators out there. I don't want ANOTHER simulator, I want a fucking class and unique game. EA pop out games like a women pregnant with tublets.

It's REALLY really awesome. Get it because you won't regretit , it must be so unexpensive now. The game runs MUCH much better than NFS Undercover, which is significantly weaker, graphically. GRID runs on my PC with 55 FPS compared to 30 for NFS, and GRID is so much much more nice-looking, better physics, real-time replay, etc. I don't know how EA manage to start making games so poorly optimized, around the time by when they got Carbon out. GRID owns, even pwns. I highly recommend.
I'm gonna tell you what it has to do with it. It is out there, bragging about that brand new cockpit view(and being able to look around while inside of it), pretty graphics, intense and improved realism, professional racing style, but ALL, really ALL of these things are already available in GRID, that's been out for more than a year, and which just looks better ANYWAYS. Period.
GRID is about racing teams, this is about you and how you drive, stop pretending it's GRID because it's not.
And who cares about Forza and GT? They're totally different games, it looks like you have a retarded mixture of different gameplays and games in your mind.

Yes, you can costumize your car and yes you can tune it.
Only downside is the graphics which are nice but abit dodgy at some times but a high performance computer should be able to play this with ease.

This is shit. What made NFS was Underground and Underground 2. Most Wanted wasn't bad neither. But after NFS gave up on custimization, and that "Fast and the Furious" effect it had, in place for more focus on car performance, it became shit.
They don't realize there's PLENTY of proper simulators out there. I don't want ANOTHER simulator, I want a fucking class and unique game. EA pop out games like a women pregnant with tublets.

It's REALLY really awesome. Get it because you won't regretit , it must be so unexpensive now. The game runs MUCH much better than NFS Undercover, which is significantly weaker, graphically. GRID runs on my PC with 55 FPS compared to 30 for NFS, and GRID is so much much more nice-looking, better physics, real-time replay, etc. I don't know how EA manage to start making games so poorly optimized, around the time by when they got Carbon out. GRID owns, even pwns. I highly recommend.

I'm gonna tell you what it has to do with it. It is out there, bragging about that brand new cockpit view(and being able to look around while inside of it), pretty graphics, intense and improved realism, professional racing style, but ALL, really ALL of these things are already available in GRID, that's been out for more than a year, and which just looks better ANYWAYS. Period.

The look of it looks very grid. If you look at grid then look at forza or Gran Turismo. What does this look more like? GRID.

I really hope that this is better than undercover, I was so disappointed with that! I wonder if they would ever put motorbikes into the nfs games? As a bike rider that's what attracted me to Burnout Paradise + the bikes expansion and PGR 4. I would love to bomb around on a Hayabusa or a R1 on nfs!

man one thing i really think weird bout car racing games are that there are classes for each type of cars unlike initial d they are all the same. Initial D is more of a true game there car aspects are different. Unlike some otha car racing game like midnight club LA is more different cuz what u can go lik 395km\h that is just fake they should make the cars like all different. muscles cars are for drags which go fast in straight roads and many otha stuff they should add to a real racing game

Arcade racing at its finest, if you like Burnout and the old NFS games then its for you!
Solid 60FPS, 4 player slit screen and it looks like the perfect balance of an exaggerated looks and realism for the perfect arcade feel.

im sad to see this series go for such a shit everybody, Now i loved Prostreet so dont say i hate closed course racing but this... like WTF??? its like an italian style game. Most Wanted was the Peak of NFS in my mind and carbon was cool because of autosculpt. Prostreet was a little boring with no storyline at all. Undercover, it just didnt feel right at all, it was not the new most wanted, it was a mix of carbon and shit! Want my Opinion? Make a new Most Wanted, call it Most Wanted 2 or somethin
