At this point, I am not entirely sure the old concept of "having to be a land owner to vote" is wrong. We have so many problems in our government but none are more poison to our Country than the current strategy that promises benefits to large groups that will be paid for by other smaller groups for the sole purpose of getting votes. It's poison wrapped in a cloak of charity. Charity is the responsibility of people, not government.
