The police chopper should've just crashed into him since they want to catch this guy at all costs. Geez I'm willing to bet the police's actions were much more dangerous than the driver's orignal infringement. I wouldn't be suprised if they executed him right there on the spot. The police chopper should've just followed the guy and a roadblock could have been set up or something. Ramming him seems to defeat the purpose of stopping a dangerous driver, unless he just ran over a bunch of old ppl.
