Went to the dealership today and this quad doesn't compare to the Raptor 700R! Yeah its independent suspention buy the shocks were so hard and it is real crammed a six foot person wont be all too comfortable unlike the raptor's Big leg room and very comfortable.
i drive a rincon 650, and i dunno what the guys beside me was driving, but they had sport quad like this one, but i guess it was a 400 or 450 , i dont know ,....and they dont go much faster than a big 4x4 650 quad :p trust me id say there is a difference of something like 10 kmh ...and it took a certain time before they catch me up and pass me :p ,...all this,..on asphalt, ...,...id like to have that 700xx :p FASTER !!! and btw,...the max max max my Rincon 650 can go is 60-65 mph, not bad
my honda shop is haveing a rebate so its a 8000$ bike and its going for 4080$ the rebate ends like at the end of june but im buying a raptor 660 2002 and a yfz450 for 5300$ and do not relpy to this comment saying im bragging because im not i go for used somtimes brand new but not always

I just got the 700xx yesterday and befor that I would always ride my ferinds raptor 700 and my other ferinds 700xx. I I've race boght but what ever one I'm on I ushaly win cause my ferinds can't drive for shit. The xx is faster and has more power/ toruqe. But raptor will beat it off the line till 4th the the xx will pass it. And in a trail or feild the xx is beater.

yeah it is illegal now to manufacture 2 strokes but i agree with you because the 250Ex is amazing because it is shaft drive and the only bike with a good chain drive is the 700XX, honda of course.

Instead of just mentioning that the power to weight ratio is going to be bad, let's get technical and compare it to a very good quad that most people really like, the raptor 700. Raptor 700 crank hp=46.9hp @ 400 lbs dry is about 1hp per 8.5 lbs. The 700xx has 53hp @ 450 lbs dry which is also about 1hp per 8.5 lbs. Considering this it doesn't seem like the power to weight ratio is so bad after all.
Sorry, I made a mistake. The raptor actually puts out 34 kW and not 35kW. Translated over to hp, this is 45.58hp. This makes the ratio about 1hp per 8.8 lbs.

Hes just really smooth on his bike. the trails are tight so im fingerin the throttle n wasting time shifting alot. my raptors too fast for the narrow ass trails we ride on. i play in the huge field next to the trails
The Honda is weighed wet and fully dressed, the Yamaha is weighed dry and with out battery etc.... There is only 50-60 lbs differnce....This machine is just begging for long races. Rider fatigue will be way less than on a comparable machine...Trail riders should love the ground clearance....I know I will!!!!

from the looks of the back the chain is in the middle completely off the ground (good for mud :D) fuel injected.. sadly another gas saving four wheeler... and if this bike is 4x4 then id use it for the mud i go through since its already high off the ground and the bottom of it is flat but if its used for sporty stuff then no im sticking to raptor for 700cc racers

I got one - i'd say its the best quad that i've ever had or riden...
ok... ways 600 lbs but you really don't feel it.. the 700cc just pushes it around like a little rocket. handles well, accelerates well.... love it...

from the looks of the back the chain is in the middle completely off the ground (good for mud :D) fuel injected.. sadly another gas saving four wheeler... and if this bike is 4x4 then id use it for the mud i go through since its already high off the ground and the bottom of it is flat but if its used for sporty stuff then no im sticking to raptor for 700cc racers

ya it is the same setup. but i bet you honda did it way better. garuanteed. honda just makes better ATV's then polaris does. I will give it to polaris that they make tough ATV's though. i know someone who has wrecked his predator probably 2 dozen times, and the thing still runs pretty good.
