  • no, they don't absorb shocks....they are of no importance at all.

  • THERE is a simple solution and has nothing to do with putting it on correctly......there are two little black sticky pads stuck to the inside of the silver casing, They stop the door from closing shut. Take them off and the door will close as per this video.

  • @beachbuoy1000 are u sure that those sticky pads are to be removed? Or are they for reason like some kind of shock-absorption?

  • The information in your video would surely seem to most users - blindingly obvious! I have to some extent remedied this by placing part of a matchstick over the speaker area – (then its covered with the outer plastic case to keep it there.)

    The device frequently “freezes” - and / or reboots – especially when on the internet.

    I wish I had never seen it . A Shoddy Product.
