It is my opinion that Community Support Officers are the most useless addition to this country.
As I left a night club just around the corner from the Ritz somebody was having an overdose. I approached who I ASSUME is the SAME ASIAN OFFICER.
He said the man was only foaming at the mouth due to drinking too much and told him to go home. He later ended up in hospital after passing out.
Did you manage to get his badge number? A complaint to the IPCC is an option...
