Asalaamualaykum ColonelRashid, from what I know.. the br in the video mentioned 27th of Ramadan because there are some Muslims who just single that day out to do ibadah thinking it is Laylatul Qadr (night of power) and neglect the other nights, this is wrong as Laylatul Qadr can fall under any of the nights inthe last 10 nights of Ramadan.. inshAllah that explains.. if not please ask
